A BRIEF HISTORY These age old receipes was handed down to me by my dear grandmother who died at the age of 114 in Jamaica. The recepies are packed with traditional Jamaican flavours such as onion, pimento, scallion and thyme and includes a deep, warming spicy flavour with a gentle heat! These receipes have been specially blended to capture the great taste of Jamaican traditional seasoning in these ready to use sauces Rio Grande Jerk and BBQ sauces are great all-purpose traditional sauces which are great for all foods.
USES These mouth watering and delicious sauces are perfect seasoning to marinade chicken, fish, pork, lamb and beef for cooking, frying, grilling and barbecuing. Can also be used for vegetables or on the table as a condiment with almost anything at the side of your plate to add a bit of spice to your meal. Jerk and BBQ sauce is a great all-purpose traditional sauce and is great for all foods.
